Eat pineapple only after ovulation or puncture, otherwise, the acidity of the endometrium is negatively affected. The buildup of the endometrium is significant in the first 2 weeks of your cycle. Without a soft bed and a pleasant pH- value, it will be difficult for the embryo to implant. So we don´t eat pineapple until after the ovulation phase!

When your body produced HCG, so if you are pregnant, it is best to stop eating pineapple. This is to prevent any early miscarriage. Pineapple can cause cramps, which can result in an early miscarriage.

Don´t buy canned pineapple because it has already been cooked so much that it contains little or no essence. Buy a fresh, beautiful pineapple (preferably organic). Cut off the peel and then cut the pineapple including the core (this contains most of the bromelain) in half and cut out 6 to 8 equal pieces from each half. After ovulation or puncture, you eat 2 pieces of very short baked pineapple every day and eat it directly warm. Pineapple is an exotic fruit and therefore also cools the womb off, which is why you have to cook it briefly. You should ensure that the womb remains warm after the ovulation phase. One pineapple is enough for a complete cycle.
