Black quinoa is the natural variant of white quinoa. Black quinoa has a nutty taste, is crunchy and has a firmer structure than white quinoa.

Rinse the quinoa first
Cook in a layer of water (fingertip above the layer of quinoa) for about 13 to 15 minutes
