Instructions for use:
Magnesium is best absorbed through the feet, armpits and belly. If you suffer from cramps or tense muscles, it is also a good idea to spray on the spot.
Dosage and use: 15 to 20 syringes daily (approx. 200 mg, half of the daily requirement). Allow to soak for at least 10 minutes. Then rinse if desired or go to sleep with it. A slight tingling and warm feeling are normal and indicate that the magnesium is absorbed.
Tip: If the skin is warm (e.g. after showering or after sports), this will increase the absorption. Avoid contact with eyes or open wounds, as this can cause a corrosive/itchy feeling.
